Clear speeches and a little room colour can do more for a reception than a busy lighting rig. This equipment package brings together a Mackie speaker pair, two Shure wireless handheld microphones and four Chauvet Freedom H1 battery lights, keeping the focus on the people speaking and the setting around them.

Speeches without a dance-floor package
Two wireless handheld microphones provide an option for an MC and a speaker, or for passing between people during the programme. The speaker pair handles the sound-system component; this package does not add a DJ console, subwoofers, lasers or fog. Plan the microphone handovers and test both microphone paths before guests arrive.
Colour in the places that matter
Use the four H1 fixtures to highlight a backdrop, a few room features or the area around the speaking position. They are battery lights, so they do not need power leads at each lighting position during operation. Match the colour and brightness to the room, and check battery runtime for those settings rather than assuming an all-night duration.
Make the venue plan part of the booking
Share a room photo or floor plan and the speech programme with Vibes. Check speaker positions, receiver connections and mains power for the audio equipment. This is an equipment-hire combination, not a wedding DJ or production service; delivery, setup and an operator should be arranged separately if required.

Questions before you hire
Is the whole package battery-powered?
No. The four Chauvet Freedom H1 lights run on batteries, but the audio equipment needs mains power. Check power access and cable routing at the venue.
Does this include a wedding DJ or music console?
No. This package covers the listed speech and lighting equipment. Wedding DJ services and DJ equipment packages are separate options.
Will four lights cover the whole reception room?
The kit includes four fixtures for selected lighting positions, not a guaranteed full-room coverage plan. Choose the features you want to highlight and check the layout with Vibes.
