Do we need to write a full playlist?
No. A few reference songs, preferred styles and a sense of your guests are a useful starting point. The aim is to give the DJ a clear direction while leaving room for the reception to feel natural.
How do we plan entrances, the first dance and other music cues?
List the key moments and songs alongside your reception run sheet. Confirm the versions you want, any important cue points and who will coordinate the timing on the day. Share changes in advance so the plan stays clear.
Can you help with ceremony audio and speech microphones?
Tell us which parts of the wedding need sound, where they take place and what the venue already provides. Ceremony audio, reception music and speech microphones may need different setups. Your quote will confirm the equipment and coverage agreed for your booking.
Is an MC included with a wedding DJ?
MC duties should be discussed and confirmed separately rather than assumed. Let us know who will make announcements and how you’d like the DJ to work with them. If you need help planning that role, include it in your enquiry.
