What can an event production quote include?

We can discuss sound systems, microphones, lighting, projection, staging, DJs, live music and technician requirements around your brief. Equipment, delivery, setup, operation and timing requirements are scoped for the individual event. The quote should confirm exactly what is included before you book.

Can you work with the equipment already at my venue?

Tell us what the venue already has and share its technical information or contact person where possible. We’ll discuss how the proposed equipment and entertainment can work with that setup. Compatibility and responsibilities need to be confirmed as part of the brief.

Can I combine a DJ with saxophone or vocals?

Yes. Vibes offers DJ sound system bookings with live musicians such as saxophone or vocals, as well as acoustic duos. We’ll discuss the lineup, musical direction, performance timings and technical needs, subject to availability.

Do I need a finished run sheet before enquiring?

No. Your date, venue, event type and approximate guest count are enough to start the conversation. A draft programme is useful when available, and the production requirements can be refined as the plan develops.

Can I hire equipment without a complete production booking?

Yes. AV Hire lists equipment and packages for customers who need specific items. Browse the product pages for current hire details, or contact Vibes if you need help comparing options or building a compatible setup.

What should I check for an outdoor event?

Share details of the site, power, shelter, access and any noise restrictions. Outdoor layouts and weather exposure can change the equipment and setup requirements. These details should be agreed with the venue and reflected in the quoted scope.

Do you supply furniture, catering or event decor?

No. Vibes focuses on entertainment and technical event production. We do not supply tables, chairs, furniture, linen, marquees, decor, catering, crockery or glassware. Arrange those requirements with the appropriate venue or supplier.
