A sound package with a clear purpose
The KW153 cabinets form the main speaker system and the two RCF subs provide dedicated low-frequency reinforcement. This is a useful starting point when your DJ already has their preferred decks or console. It avoids hiring another control system simply to get the sound equipment you need.
Plan the room before the final configuration
Look at the dance-floor position, the listening area and the routes needed for power and signal cables. Share the venue layout with Vibes so the speaker positions and support arrangement can be checked. A long room, a wide audience area and an outdoor event can require a different arrangement even when the guest count is the same.

Planning a 300 to 400 guest event? Discuss the venue and music brief with Vibes before booking. The layout, outdoor conditions and dance-floor requirements may call for a larger or differently distributed system.

Questions before you hire
Is a DJ console included?
No. The package contains the listed sound equipment. Bring a compatible mixer or DJ console, or compare a Vibes RX2, RX3 or vinyl package that includes the control equipment.
Is this automatically enough for 300 to 400 guests?
No single guest figure guarantees the result. Vibes can assess 300 to 400 guest events, but music level, room shape, distance and outdoor conditions may require a larger rig or additional coverage.
How many main speakers and subwoofers are included?
Two QSC KW153 main speakers and two RCF SUB 705-AS II subwoofers are included. The equipment list does not include a DJ console or microphone.
