Choosing your setup

Check the room's ambient light, screen position and distance from the audience. Test the presentation on the same laptop beforehand, and arrange separate sound if the content includes audio.

Compatibility and inclusions

Check the projector's HDMI connection, screen size, cable length and any laptop adapter before booking. Plan a clear screen position and test the presentation with the laptop you will use.

Can I connect a USB-C laptop?

Check the supplied projector connection first. A USB-C laptop may need a compatible display adapter and cable; share the laptop model so the connection can be checked.
