A considered setup for the room
A presentation has two jobs: make the content visible and make the conversation easy to follow. The projector and portable screen handle the visuals, while the speaker pair and mixer give you a separate audio path for microphones and playback. Two handheld microphones make it practical to hand over between presenters or run a conversation with a host.
Check the laptop connection before the day
Bring the laptop or media device you will actually use and test the presentation with it. Confirm the display connection, any adapter, the audio route and where the projector can sit. Room lighting and screen position matter as much as the equipment list; a photograph or floor plan of the venue helps us check the arrangement.
Equipment hire, with the service plan kept clear
This package is an equipment combination, not a staffed conference service. A lectern, technician, delivery, installation and recording equipment are not included in the proposed equipment subtotal. If you need help with setup or operation, tell Vibes what the event requires before booking.

Can two presenters use microphones at the same time?
The included Shure system has two handheld microphones and a dual-channel receiver. The Mackie mixer provides a way to manage the microphone signals alongside your playback source; the final connection plan should be checked for the event.
Does this include a laptop or USB-C display adapter?
No laptop or device-specific adapter is listed. Tell Vibes which laptop you are using so the projector connection and any adapter requirements can be checked before the event.
Is this suitable for a bright room?
Projector performance depends on room lighting, screen placement and the available projection distance. Share the venue details so the proposed setup can be checked; no screen size or brightness specification should be assumed from the package name.
